In calling Christie for a service call the technician suggested a remedy. I followed his direction and it solved my issue.He was courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. The best type of people to deal with.

Very professional. Bought the door site unseen as per recommendation of Andrew from Christie. Door is great. Installer Joe was knowledgeable, neat and clean. They carted away old door. I have been using them for 25 years and never disappointed.

We are a 10 year old condominium in Brooklyn and we had an extreme issue which caused the deterioration of the framing of our garage door. This issue had nothing to do with Christie Overhead but instead was due to the poor construction of the roofing over the garage door. Andrew who is the President of Christie Overhead, his wife Carla and their technician Vincent and the other technicians were great at making sure that safety was a priority while they worked with our contractor and provided direction on replacing the framing so we could get the garage door reinstalled and operable. I like that the owner of the company is hands on, extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

What a great experience with real professionals that know what they are doing

I don’t often write letters but this company warrants this review. From the first phone call I made to the installation and follow up call, I was handled like their only customer. The knowledge, professionalism and honesty of this company is un-matched. Thank you CHRISTIE OVERHEAD DOOR for being the professionals you are.
